SPRING TERM HOUSING + MORE(optional) My roommate and I are moving out of our double and searching a person/party to take over the lease. Can be rented as a single, or a double if you have someone in mind. (Open to all genders) -$1470 (single)/$735(double) -block from south side campus ([frat row area] Durant Ave/ across from strada) -get a free couch (optional) 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: The house itself used to be a frat house (no longer active, now general student housing) so it comes with an interesting interior including a rooftop view overlooking the East Bay Area, a basement bar, a study room, and more (all of which are featured in the attached photos and videos). I’ve provided some stock images from the landlord as well as some personal pictures and videos below. The location is in a Co-op house (all genders) with a communal bathroom and kitchen with housemates, all of whom are great and social people. It’s a community of both grad and undergrad students.
